- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been close friends with someone with cancer for many years and started going to medical appointments with her about four years ago when her breast cancer metastasized into the bone marrow. We have undergone various therapies, types of chemo, marrow biopsies and countless consultations. We are both profoundly impressed by the level of care, the staff and volunteer support, and the intelligent guidance and constant upgrade of research knowledge in a rapidly changing field.
